Jessica Greco - Center Director

Jessica Greco is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 11 years of experience in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Care, and Assisted Living Care. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Findlay and has been in a management role for the last decade. Greco is currently studying for her Nursing Home Administrator License to further expand her knowledge and better serve the population at Grace Estates.

Married with three beautiful children and two dogs, Greco has recently delved into bread making and baking in general. She has also tried her hand at embroidery and finds enjoyment in this new hobby. During the summer, she loves spending time outdoors with her family, gardening, and hosting cookouts with friends and family.

Greco is passionate about enriching people's lives and being a bright spot in their day, especially for the older adult population. She believes it is important to give back to the community and sees her work at Grace Estates as fulfilling a critical gap in care. Greco is dedicated to providing services that are severely needed for those who wish to stay in their homes longer.

Grace Kelly - Director of Business Development

Grace Kelly welcomes new families to Grace Estates Adult Day Care and conducts community outreach in the greater Des Moines area. She helps families determine when an adult day center would be a beneficial care choice for their family members. Grace has worked in healthcare for the last 12 years, making many connections along the way, which assist her in helping families find the right healthcare fit for their family. In her spare time, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband, going on outdoor adventures with friends, and traveling. Grace's favorite thing about Grace Estates Adult Day Center are her fellow employees, and the effort they make every day to create an engaging and fulfilling experience for the participants who attend.  

Kimberly Ramos - Program Coordinator

Kimberly Ramos is a dedicated certified nursing assistant with a decade of experience in long-term care. Married and a mother to four wonderful children, Kimberly has recently embraced the role of Program Coordinator at Grace Estates. She plans to leverage her extensive knowledge and skills to demonstrate her passion for the field and deliver high-quality results through her strong leadership abilities.

In her leisure time, Kimberly enjoys exploring new destinations with her family or dedicating some time to herself by reading books. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management, aiming to make a positive impact in the field. Throughout her career, Kimberly has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring their overall well-being. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of patients, enabling her to deliver compassionate and personalized care.

Kimberly has a profound passion for helping others, especially the elderly population. Working at Grace Estates has offered her the opportunity to give back to this community by caring for them outside of their homes.

Miranda Larry - PCA

Miranda Larry has been a valued member of the Grace Estates team since July of 2023, cherishing every moment spent getting to know the participants and their loved ones. As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with an associate's degree in Human Services, Miranda is currently furthering her education by working towards a bachelor's degree to deepen her expertise in her field.

In her leisure time, Miranda has recently taken up climbing and enjoys reading and playing with her two puppies. She harbors a deep passion for helping others and is committed to dedicating her life to assisting those in need.

Hallie - CNA/PCA

Hallie, a dedicated CNA/PCA at Grace Estates, is currently embarking on her journey into nursing school with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse. In her spare time, she cherishes moments spent with her family and has recently begun to learn hand stitching, a skill passed down from her mother and grandmother. Hallie aspires not only to advance professionally at Grace Estates but also to broaden her perspective on life. She approaches each day with the hope of making a positive impact on someone's life, aiming to bring smiles and a bit of joy.

Her qualifications include:

  • CNA certification

  • High School Diploma

  • Recognition as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Student of the Year representative

  • Active involvement in fundraising for Childserve through participation in the bubble ball event for three consecutive years.
